Refund Policy

Arya Cargo Connect provides freight brokerage services only and does not process payments through this website.

If you need to cancel or adjust a shipment before a carrier is dispatched, please notify us immediately. Once a carrier is confirmed and scheduled, the shipment is non-refundable due to carrier commitments and scheduling costs.
